We've always called ourselves a "data driven organization," and to a degree we were. But seeing other organizations in action really motivated us to step up our efforts. And having all of the resources and work during the program helped us put it into action.
I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all of you and for the SDP Fellowship. My work life has been greatly enriched from this experience, and I was merely a supervisor. This program has made a profound imprint on me, and I feel I am better equipped to support our fellow and her work as she continues to unfold her vision for data strategy within our organization.
