# Measure, Monitor, Improve: Data Tools for Understanding High-Dosage Tutoring Implementation The **High-Dosage Tutoring Data Toolkit** is a collaboration between the national non-profit Accelerate, the Strategic Data Project, and representatives from state departments of education in Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Louisiana, and Ohio, supported by Overdeck Family Foundation. **The shared goal:** Use data to expand access to effective tutoring in real schools, for real students. The toolkit presents solutions to common challenges and provides a set of data collection strategies, tools, and best practices to bring effective high-dosage tutoring programs to as many students as possible. Toolkit Narrative ### Measure, Monitor, Improve The narrative introduces the tools and case studies that came out of the high-dosage tutoring collaboration. Designed primarily for applied researchers, it will also help district leaders, tutoring vendors, academic researchers, and policymakers access consistent data on tutoring implementation, evaluate existing programs, and make informed decisions about funding and scaling effective programs.
